The 2015 Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga Horizons of Insight Seminar Series is beginning again. This year we will be focusing on some of our recent Māori economic performance research projects, as well as enjoying powerful presentations from some of the countries newest Māori Professors.

Running from March through to November, the NPM Horizons of Insight Seminar Series has been delivering high quality presentations and presenters to our community for more than 5 years.

The Seminars themselves have been attended, watched and viewed online by thousands of people from all over the country and internationally.

The 2015 season commences on March 25th, when Dr Robert Joseph from the University of Waikato will give a seminar on his project Te Tētere Kōkiri o Te Ata: Optimising Economic Performance of Māori Land Trusts in the Waiariki Region.

Robert and his team are identifying sustainable and scalable models of active land trust management, which are designed to enhance the economic performance of Māori land trusts and identify models of collaboration that will enhance their operations.

This is a very opportune time to discuss these issues, when many land trusts are seeking to improve management of resources as well as enhance returns and improve their asset base and overall wealth.

Dr Robert Joseph's seminar, Te Tētere Kōkiri o Te Ata, will be held on:

Wednesday 25th March
12.30 - 1.30 pm
Waipapa Marae, 16 Wynyard Street,
University of Auckland

Nau mai! Haere mai! All are welcome!
Light refreshments will be available afterwards
