NPM Researcher and University of Auckland academic Associate Professor Chellie Spiller recently presented a TedX talk on Wayfinding Leadership, which is now available here.

In 2015, Chellie together with Hoturoa Barclay-Kerr and John Panoho, released the book Wayfinding Leadership: Ground-Breaking Wisdom for Developing Leaders and since then they have been on a remarkable wayfinding leadership journey together which has taken them into all kinds of organisations and communities across the nation and around the world.

The focus of their combined endeavours has been to take this fresh, culturally grounded approach to leadership to a wider national and international audience, and this TEDx talk offers another opportunity to share these concepts with a growing community.

This knowledge and research is also driving the NPM Foundational Project Te Whakatairanga i te Ārahitanga Whai Hua me te Māori te Whakatau Kaupapa - Promoting Effective Māori Leadership and Decision Making for Prosperous Economies of Wellbeing.
